Two of my favorite things!

It's about time I updated the blog! I thought I would kick off an extended absence from blogging with a few pictures of my two favorite things!

I'm a big girl now!

Well we finally bit the bullet and converted Audrey's crib to a toddler bed. Actually we did this in October, but I'm a little behind in my posts. I must admit that I had serious doubts about converting her so early. She wasn't showing any signs of trying to escape her crib and I really liked her being contained! So I pushed through my concerns, and everything went really well. The first night was rough and nap times are sometimes difficult, but overall the transition has been great. The downside is that when she wakes up in the middle of the night she just walks on into our room. Thankfully this doesn't happen often! Anyways, she loves it and I like it too! Enjoy the pictures!

This is actually her bow hangers that I made. You might be wondering how one girl can have that many bows........ I'm a little ashamed to admit that this isn't all her bows. These are just the ones I use the most. *Please note that at least 70% of her bows were all gifts or hand-me-downs*

Fall Festival

Our church had their annual fall festival a week ago. It was great fun! There was a lot of bounce houses (overwhelming), but Audrey conquered as many as she could. Candy galore, games, games and more games, tons of activity all around and it made for one happy little bumble bee!

We went to Owens Pumpkin Patch today. Audrey had a great time. She didn't quite get the whole pick out your pumpkin thing, but she gave it her best go. She was mainly interested in mimicking the boys that were throwing the pumpkins on the ground! Enjoy the pictures!

Helicopters!

While I was visiting my parents over the summer, their town did a health/safety fair at the town center. One of the features was a helicopter that you could sit in and learn about. Audrey loved the helicopter while it was stationary and off. Once they stared the engine and propellers, she was done. Enjoy the pictures!

Here's the rub: after we started to go back home, she cried for the helicopter! Go figure!
