Fall Festival

Our church had their annual fall festival a week ago. It was great fun! There was a lot of bounce houses (overwhelming), but Audrey conquered as many as she could. Candy galore, games, games and more games, tons of activity all around and it made for one happy little bumble bee!

We went to Owens Pumpkin Patch today. Audrey had a great time. She didn't quite get the whole pick out your pumpkin thing, but she gave it her best go. She was mainly interested in mimicking the boys that were throwing the pumpkins on the ground! Enjoy the pictures!

Helicopters!

While I was visiting my parents over the summer, their town did a health/safety fair at the town center. One of the features was a helicopter that you could sit in and learn about. Audrey loved the helicopter while it was stationary and off. Once they stared the engine and propellers, she was done. Enjoy the pictures!

Here's the rub: after we started to go back home, she cried for the helicopter! Go figure!

What a mess!

These pictures are way old, but better late then never in my opinion! I took these after I decided it wasn't worth fighting with Audrey over who got to feed her, me or herself. One morning I was busy and I just gave her the spoon and oatmeal and told her to figure it out. I probably should have paid a little more attention to her feeding herself then cleaning the kitchen. Enjoy the pictures of her attempts.

How she got oatmeal on the back of her head I'll never know!

I really hope she got enough to eat!

On the bright side... she feeds herself better now! Time makes everything better, and practice!

Mini Me

Here are a couple of pictures that I took of Audrey. I was looking through some baby pictures of mine while at my parent's house and I found a few pictures where I was making the exact same faces. Especially the second picture. In person Audrey looks alot like her daddy, but in pictures... she is all me!

I love this picture. She was laughing at something and I snapped the perfect moment! (in my opinion!).

Soccer ball?

I bought Audrey a plastic ball while in Arkansas b/c my parents have a HUGE backyard and it would allow her to wear herself out while she was having a ball! (pun intended). She called it her soccer ball and she loved kicking it, throwing and sitting on it. The two days it rained were tragic for her b/c she could see the ball, but not play with it.
